针状α-Al2O3粉体的制备
Preparation of Acicular Particles of α-Al2O3

【摘要】 通过在水热产物表面包覆异丙醇铝,在1250℃高温煅烧后得到了保持原来薄铝石针状形貌的α-Al2O3粉体.结果分析可知,表面包覆异丙醇铝是控制α-Al2O3形貌的有效手段,且不会在体系中引入新的杂质.此方法具有一定的创新性.
【Abstract】 A novel method for preparing acicularα-Al2O3 is reported in this article. The acicular a-alumina particles were prepared from boehmite AlOOH particles by coating them with a small amount of aluminium isopropoxide and followed by heating at 1250℃. Coated with aluminium isopropoxide, the particles maintained acicular morphology in the calcination process and transformed into alpha Al2O3. The results show that surface coating is an effective method for morphology control of α-Al2O3, and it does not bring impurity to the powder.
