【摘要】 本文在室温下应用自制振动球磨机对等原子配比的Ti,Al元素粉末进行了机械合金化试验.试验条件如下:反应器的容积为2.5 L,磨球直径为20 mm,氩气气氛保护,球磨温度为室温.X射线衍射分析表明:球磨300 h后,绝大部分粉末已完全非晶化,但在XRD图谱中有一个不明物相的衍射峰出现.在球磨过程中,Al粉末的晶粒细化速率高于Ti,其晶粒尺度最终达到约13 nm,粉末晶粒的晶格畸变度接近1%.与现有技术相比本文的技术和设备较易于工业应用.

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the preparation of Ti-Al alloyed powder with advanced properties by mechanical alloying. For this purpose, we developed a new vibration mill, in which Ti and Al element powder was mixed and milled with the same atomic ratio under room temperature. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was introduced to analyze the milled powder. We found by the experiments that the degree of alloying and amorphizing increased with time, and after 300 h milling almost all the powder became amorphous except for a little Ti nano-crystals. However, we did not find any known Ti-Al intermetallic compound, but there was an unknown peak in the XRD pattern. It maybe is some new phase. During the process, the grain size reduction rate of Al was higher than that of Ti, and was finally reduced to about 13 nm. Lattice deformation reached about 1%.
