TiO2纳米粉体改性与相结构和光催化性能研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶方法,以钛酸丁酯为先驱体,冰醋酸为螯合剂,通过水解缩聚作用制备了纳米TiO2粉体,掺杂了钨元素对纳米TiO2进行改性.运用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)和光吸收等手段,研究了不同W掺杂量对TiO2相变和光催化活性的影响,确定了最佳的掺杂量和热处理温度.
【Abstract】 With HAC as complexation and Ti(OBu)4 as precursor, nano-sized TiO2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method. W element was introduced into the TiO2 precursor to improve the photocatalystic capacity. The microstructure of the nanostructured W/TiO2 photocatalytic powder and their photocatalystic capacity were investigated using XRD, TEM and optical adsorption etc. The optimum doping content and heat treatment temperature were determined.
