饮食业油烟治理技术的现状、应用及发展方向
Development and Application on Oil Fume Treatment Technique in Catering Trade

【摘要】 油烟中含有很多影响身体健康的有害成分,同时也是城市中颗粒物(PM)和挥发性有机物(VOCs)的主要来源。本文中概述了我国饮食业油烟治理技术现状、应用及发展方向,分析了几类技术的特点.并针对存在的问题提出了今后的技术发展方向。
【Abstract】 Components in oil fume is harmful to people’s health,it is the main sourses of PM and VOCS in cities too.The condition、 application and develpment of oil fume treatment technique are introduced and the features and development direction of eath kind of technique are analysed.
