沸石分子筛中半导体CdSe纳米团簇的制备

【摘要】 在沸石分子筛中用离子交换法成功地组装了半导体CdSe纳米团簇,团簇直径为6~10nm。从微米沸石颗粒中切取可供透射电子显微镜研究的薄膜,可以观察到团簇的组装过程及团簇的尺寸和分布,漫反射谱测试结果表明,组装在Y沸石中的CdSe纳米团簇与CdSe体材料相比,光吸收边发生了明显的蓝移。
【Abstract】 CdSe semiconductor nano-clusters have been prepared in zeolites by ion-exchanging method. The diameters of the nano-clusters range within 6-10 nm. Thin films of the zeolites were prepared for analysis under TEM. The preparation process of clusters, their sizes and distributions in zeolites were observed. Luminescence measurements by HITACHI-340 spectrometer clearly indicates that in comparison with CdSe block materials, the frequency at which CdSe nano-clusters start to absorb light have moved towards ultraviolet direction.
