气固两相流顺重力流动的压力脉动实验研究

【摘要】 在大型流化床实验装置上对立管内气固两相流顺重力流动的动态压力特性进行了测量和分析。实验表明这种气固两相顺重力流动具有压力脉动特性,脉动的频率比较小,而波幅比较大,随颗粒质量流率的增加而变大。立管内气固两相流的颗粒速度大于气体速度及颗粒的逆压力梯度运动,使颗粒相对气体相产生压缩效应,使流动过程产生压力脉动的特性。
【Abstract】 The pressure fluctuation of gas-solid two-phase flow in standpipe (the cyclone dipleg) has been experimentally studied. There are two characters for this kind of gas-solid flow, the slid velocity direction is upward and particle movement is against negative pressure. The frequency of pressure fluctuation is low and amplitude is large. It can be concluded that the pressure fluctuation mainly results from the compressed gas carried by particles and bubbles.
