流化床内固体颗粒团聚和破碎的机理

【摘要】 提出着重从微观受力角度来探索颗粒团聚和破碎的机理。首先进行了颗粒在流化床内运动的全受力分析,通过具体算例,根据各作用力在不同粒径范围内对颗粒团聚和破碎的不同效应,将颗粒粒径划分为3个区域,并由此建立合理的力平衡模型预测平衡颗粒团尺寸。通过考察碰撞微观形变过程中弹性力和范德华力随时间的变化规律,提出颗粒团聚和破碎机理的定性分析,为进一步得到定量判据数奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Agglomeration of solid particles is one of the representative characters in CFB. Compared with former macroscopic and glancing research on agglomeration, mechanism of agglomeration and fragmentation from microscopic view is proposed here. General force analysis on moving particles in CFB is made first. Diameter of particles can be divided into three regions according to the effect of different forces on agglomeration and fragmentation. A reasonable force balanced model is then advanced for prediction of agglomerate size. By investigating the variation of impact force and van der Waals force along with time in the collision process, mechanical analysis on mechanism of agglomeration is brought forward, which establishes the basis for advanced quantitative criterion.
