循环流化床飞灰快速水化团聚及其反应活性研究

【摘要】 在综述循环流化床飞灰水化再用于脱硫和提高燃尽程度的基础上,针对现有技术的不足和缺陷,提出了飞灰快速水化团聚、同时返送流化床再脱硫和提高碳燃尽度的工艺,并利用热天平对飞灰团聚颗粒反应活性进行了研究。研究表明飞灰经过在363K温度下造浆送入流化床,利用高温热烟气或经过加热的热烟气作为流化介质,其温度在403~1123K,水化飞灰直接在高温下快速脱水并实现团聚。制备的飞灰团聚颗粒粒度比原飞灰颗粒粒度大,经过热天平研究表明,在1123K下,飞灰快速水化团聚颗粒脱硫活性比飞灰颗粒增加,碳的反应活性也没有变化。
【Abstract】 CFB fly ash from separators was mixed with water of 363 K by use of a blender. Then, this compound of fly ash and water was pumped into the combustion chamber of a CFB by a sludge pump. Because of the temperature of flume gas is higher than that in CFB, the fly ash was hydrated fast and agglomerated at the same time. Through this process, the size of agglomerated fly ash is larger than that of the original particle, and the residence time of fly ash in CFB become longer. Therefore, the rate of utility of calcium in fly ash is improved and the content of carbon in fly ash is decreased. This results in a low Ca/S and low operating cost for CFB.Thermal balance was used to study the properties of agglomerated fly ash. The result shows that the activity of SO2 absorption of agglomerated fly ash increases and the ability of combustion is not affected.
