针状硅灰石和纤维状海泡石在汽车刹车片中的应用

【摘要】 对针状硅灰石和纤维状海泡石进行了改性研究,获得了硅灰石的最佳改性工艺条件:改性温度70℃、改性时间20min、硬脂酸改性剂用量3%;海泡石的最佳改性工艺条件是:改性温度50℃、改性时间20min、硬脂酸改性剂用量2%,深入研究了针状硅灰石和纤维状海泡石制备刹车片的基本工艺及性能;结果表明,改性针状硅灰石和纤维状海泡石按一定比例混合使用可作摩擦材料的增强材料。
【Abstract】 Research was made on the modification of needle-like wollastonite and fibrous sepiolite, and the optimum modified processing conditions are found to be: modifying temperature 70℃, modifying time 20 min and modifier dosage 3% for wollastonite and for sepiolite modifying temperature 50℃, modifying time 20 min and modifier dosage 2%. The basic process using needle-like wollastonite and fibrous sepiolite in brake block, and the performance of products were studied. Experimental results show that the mixture of modified needle-like wollastonite and modified fibrous sepiolite with certain proportion can be used as the reinforcer of friction materials.
