油基油水煤浆的稳定性

【摘要】 研究了影响三元混合体系—油基油水煤浆(油包水型)稳定性的几种主要因素,得出了一些有益的规律。实验和理论分析表明,在油基油水煤浆中,内相煤水比例、外相油的比例、煤种以及添加剂的变化对其稳定性都有很大影响;同时,由于体系中存在的立体网状结构,使油基油水煤浆能够保持很好的静态稳定性。文中提出了体系稳定性的几种考察方法:低速剪切的方法和触变性检测的方法,能够较方便地检测油基油水煤浆动态稳定性,从而确定浆体的稳定状况,对于指导实践应用具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 This paper studies several main factors that affect the stability of oil-water-coal slurry by oil (OAV type) and summarizes some benificial rules. Our experiment and theory analysis indicate that in the oil-water-coal slurry several factors have great impact on the system’s stability, these factors are coal to water ratio in the inner phase, oil ratio in the outer phase, type of the coal used, and the change of additives. At the same time, the solid reticular configuration existing in the system also makes it possible for the oil-based oil-water-coal slurry to keep good static state stability. Several methods are suggested to inspect the stability of the system, for in stance low-speed splicing and touch denaturation inspection. Using these methods, we can easily examine the dynamic stability of oil-water-coal slurry by oil and determine the stability status of the slurry. These methods can play an important role in directing practical applications.
