硅胶的表面性质及与合成C2含氧化合物催化剂活性组份的相互作用

【摘要】 采用电解质溶液热处理法对工厂通常溶剂法粗孔硅胶进行热处理制备得到更大孔径的硅胶,研究了载体硅胶孔径对铑基合成二碳含氧化合物催化剂性能的影响,用紫外-可见光谱法研究了催化剂制备过程中金属铑及助剂化合物与硅胶表面的相互作用。结果表明,硅胶的孔径对催化剂的活性有重要的影响,大孔硅胶作载体有利于催化剂活性的提高,而选择性也略有改进,在催化剂各制备步骤中,不仅活性组份和助剂发生变化,而且它们与硅胶表面的羟基发生相互作用,并随处理条件的不同而相互作用的性质和程度不同,从而导致催化剂性能的变化。

【Abstract】 Rhodium-based catalysts were prepared using silica gel of different BET average pore size as supports and characterized by CO+H2 reaction and the interaction of active metal rhodium and additives precursors of catalysts with hydroxyl group of silica gel surface were studied by UV-Visible spectrophotometer. The results showed that the silica gel of large pore size as supports favors obviously activity of catalysts within 100 and 200 A and improves the selectivity towards C2 oxygenates to a small extent. Interaction of hydroxyl group with rhodium chloride, manganese nitrate and lithium nitrate took place and changed with preparation conditions of catalysts, leading to different catalytic properties in CO hydrogenation for C2 oxygenates.
