碳钢上非晶态纳米级TiO2-SiO2涂层的耐蚀性

【摘要】 研究了溶胶-疑胶浸渍提拉法制备的纳米级TiO2-SiO2涂层在碳钢基体上的耐蚀性能。采用XRD,SEM,TEM等技术研究了涂层的相结构及其显微形貌,采用750℃静态氧化实验和6%FeCl3盐酸腐蚀实验检测了涂层的抗高温氧化能力和耐酸性能,并与不锈钢和镀锌层进行比较,结果表明:涂层在850℃以下均以致密的非晶态结构存在,非晶态涂层的抗高温氧化能力以及耐酸性能优于被比较物,添加合适的添加剂可以提高非晶态向晶态转变的温度,并提高耐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 Up to now, studies on Ti02, Si02, TiO2-SiO2 have been mainly focused on the fields of optics and microelectronics. Corrosion-resistance of nano-scale TiO2-SiO2 coatings prepared by sol-gel dip-coating on carbon steels was studied in the paper. The phases and their microstructures were investigated by XRD, SEM. Oxidation-resistance tests at static state at 750℃ and acidity-resistance tests in 0.05 mol/L hydrochloric acid containg 6% FeCl3 were carried out and its durability was compared with those of stainless steel and zincification coating. It was showed that compact noncrystalline coating was obtained below 850℃ and its durability was superior to those of stainless steel and zincificatin coating. Appropriate additive can improve its durability.
