粉体流动的塑粘性流体模型

【摘要】 用Jenike剪切仪实验测量了15种简单库仑粉体的应力与应变率关系,结果表明,在低剪应变率时粉体遵循牛顿摩擦定律,在高剪应变率时粉体遵循库仑摩擦定律,基于牛顿与库仑摩擦定律提出了τ-1c-1+(μNγ)-1塑粘性本构关系,结合莫尔-库仑定律发展了粉体流动的塑粘性流体模型,并与粉体在锥体和管道内速度分布的测量结果进行了比较。

【Abstract】 The shear stress-shear strain rate relations of 15 kinds of granular solids have been investigated by using a Jenike shear cell. The experimental results show that granular solids obey Newton’s friction law at low shear rates and obey Coulomb’s friction law at higher shear rates. Based on the laws of Newton’s and Coulomb’s friction, a plastic-viscous type of constituent relation is built, and a plastic-viscous model has been developed based on the constituent relation and the Mohr-Coulomb law. Comparisons on velocity profiles inside a conical hopper and a cylindrical bunker have been made with measurement results for granular solids, which have a wide ranges of the angle of internal friction between about 20?to 60?and of the angle of wall friction between about 5?to 30? The results show that the plastic-viscous model predicts well the velocity profiles.
