卫星相机的侧视反射镜振动及空间环境的影响分析

【摘要】 本文介绍资源一号卫星02星在地面测试时CCD相机图像扰振现象和对图像质量的影响。图像扰振的原因——相机的侧视反射镜发生振动。探讨了侧视反射镜共振的机理。因为相机要在空间微重力环境下工作,本文还讨论重力环境变化对反射镜振动的影响,认为卫星在轨工作时相机可以保持地面同样效果。卫星发射后,图像质量良好,说明反射镜振动得到控制,也说明重力环境改变对振动没有异常变化。
【Abstract】 The paper presents the image oscillation of CBERS 02 CCD camera in ground test and its effect on image quality, and the oscillation reason is the vibration of the side viewing mirror. The vibration mechanism was discussed as follow: the spring of the worm wheel elasticity and the worn spring forms a integrate spring and lead to form a resonant systems. In resonant condition, the outside disturb will magnify. Thus the method for decreasing or overcoming vibration of the mirror was understood. The changes of vibration effect with gravity condition was discussed. The satellite has launched and the camera image quality are fine. It shows that the vibration of the mirror has overcome, and explains that the vibration of the mirror did not increase in microgravity.
