持续被动运动实验仪器的研究及应用

【摘要】 通过对全层关节软骨缺损修复的研究从而检证持续被动运动(CPM)实验仪器的实用性和稳定性。方法将20个兔膝关节建立全层关节软骨缺损动物模型,随机分为两组:A组术后给予CPM干预,B组仅笼内自由活动。CPM干预4周后处死兔并取材,行H.E.染色和大体形态学评分。结果A组全层关节软骨缺损修复的效果较B组显著。结论CPM实验仪器设计合理、结构简单实用,稳定性好,适合多数骨关节CPM实验中使用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study instrument of CPM by investigating the healing of full-thickness defects of articular cartilage. To prove its practicality and stability. Methods full-thickness defect of articular cartilage in the facies patellaris of femur were made in 20 knee of rabbits. Then the rabbits were randomly divided into: A and B group, A group are investigated by CPM; B group normal cage activity only. half of every group were sacrificed at the end of four weeks. To investigate H.E. staining. to score gross appearance result. Result There was significant difference between score of gross appearance and histological change in A group and B group Conclusion The instrument of CPM is designed in reason, which there are simple structure and practical function, parameter of CPM is acoup sur, it is a useful instrument to investigate defects of articulation in a large number of experiment, its stability is good.
