【摘要】 目的:了解儿童颈椎关节紊乱及其临床特点。方法:我们临床统计了近10年200例患儿,根据病史、颈部体检、全身体检、颈椎X线片,以及相关连的临床症状等几方面来统计分析。结果:1、颈椎关节紊乱患儿都有头颈部外伤史或不良体位滞留史,按病理基础分为:颈部肌肉发育不良型 (软组织性)、颈椎关节位置异常型(骨性)和附和型(软组织性+骨性)、炎症型。 2、儿童颈椎关节紊乱的体征表现与成人类似,但外在表现特殊:患儿主要表现为异常行为、注意力下降。 3、通过矫正颈椎、颈项肌锻炼为主,多方面干预的综合治疗措施,患儿短期内就可改善颈椎功能,异常活动随之减少,有效率100％,优良率81％。结论:儿童颈椎关节紊乱与成人类似,但表现形式不同。更多还原
