【摘要】 目的 探索大城市中心城区社区康复的模式.方法 在曹家渡社区开展以脑卒中为重点的社区康复试点,建立社区康复操作规范和评估体系,形成社区康复服务网络,成立康复俱乐部,推广家庭康复体操.结果 社区新发脑卒中病人全部得到居家康复服务.结论 社区康复是提高残疾人生活质量和社区文明程度,适合中国国情的最佳途径.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the model of community rehabilitation in urban communities. Method Pilot of community rehabilitation project focusing on patients with stroke in Caojiadu community in Shanghai. Development of procedures and evaluation system of community rehabilitation. Establishment of community rehabilitation service network. Establishment of Rehabilitation Club and dissemination of Family Rehabilitation Exercise. Result Home rehabilitation service covered all new cases of stroke who dwelling on the community. Conclusion Community rehabilitation was the optimal way to improve disabled patients quality of life and give positive impact on the community.更多还原
