【摘要】 目的 观察长期定量运动对2型糖尿病患者的疗效,探讨运动对糖尿病高危因素等指标的影响.方法 对本市某社区35-74岁常驻居民进行入户问卷调查,同时对该社区有糖尿病高危因素的人群进行静脉血糖检测,筛选出2型糖尿病患者52名,经心电图、尿常规、眼科等检查排除运动禁忌症,最后有27名糖尿病患者参与了为期一年的运动干预治疗,同时选另一社区的29名2型糖尿病患者作为对照组.结果 一年运动治疗后干预组的空腹血糖较一年前有显著降低,平均降低1.75mmol/L,与对照组同期空腹血糖变化相比有显著差异.运动干预后2型糖尿病患者的甘油三酯和胆固醇水平降低明显,HDL-ch虽有所升高,但差别不显著.干预组的体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)和血压在干预前均超过正常值,一年干预后都有显著下降.结论 本次研究证明运动是一项有效控制糖尿病患者血糖的治疗手段,长期中等强度运动能降低糖尿病危险因素水平,这对预防糖尿病并发症的发生起到重要作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of chronic quantitative exercise and the influence on diabetic risk factors to Type 2 diabetic patients. Method We carried out questionnaire survey indoors among the living people aged 35-74 in one community of Shanghai and venous blood glucose test on people who had risk factors. Totally, 52 Type 2 diabetic patients were found out. After EKG, uric regular examination and ophthalmic examination we wipe off the patients who had exercise contraindication. Finally, 27 patients participated one- year interference. 29 Type 2 diabetic patients in the other community were selected as control. Result It is showed that FBG of interfered group (IG) decreased significantly after one - year exercise. It decreased by average 1. 75mmol/L. Compared with control group (CG), FBG of IG had a marked fall. Exercise resulted in an obvious decrease in TG and Teh level of IG and didn’t cause a significant increase in HDL-ch. Before interference, BMI, WHR and blood pressure were all beyond normal value, but after interference they all decreased. Conclusion Our research proves that exercise is an effective treatment to control blood glucose of diabetic patients. Long -- term medial degree exercise can cause a fall in diabetic risk factors, which is important to prevent diabetic complications.更多还原
