【摘要】 目的 分析肾功能衰竭患者QTcd的临床意义.方法 对57例肾功能衰竭患者通过二维超声及多普勒心脏检查,同时测定体表心电图QT离散度(QTcd),观察左室舒张功能、左室内径及QT间期离散度及其它临床指标.结果 肾功能衰竭患者QTcd较正常者明显异常,QTcd与左室肥厚、收缩压、E/A比值明显相关(r值分别为0.41;0.43;-0.33),P均<0.01.肾功能衰竭患者在经过血液透析后QTcd值明显减少.结论 QTcd在肾功能衰竭患者中受多种因素的影响,除血压、心脏功能的影响之外,还与患者体内毒素对心肌的影响有关.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective 57 renal failure patients were studied by two - dimensional and Doppler e-chocardiography and surface electro cardiograph to examine the relation between the clinical degree and QT interval dispersion in renal failure patients. Method The two- dimensional and Doppler echocardio-graphy examined diastolic function of left ventricular and the surface electro cardiograph examined QT dispersion of renal failure patients. Result QT dispersion of renal failure patients was abnormal signifi-cantly(P<0. 01). The changes of QTcd was significantly correlated with the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy, systolic BP and E/A ratio( r = 0. 41; 0. 43; - 0. 33, p < 0. 01) . QTcd was decreased after hemodialysis in the renal failure patients. On the whole, the changes of Qtcd was relation to multifactors.更多还原
