【摘要】 目的 报道指屈肌腱修复后早期活动的疗效.方法2～5区19例35个指深屈肌腱急诊直接修复后立即开始物理治疗、支具使用.结果 术后3个月,TAM法评定患指功能,优32指,良3指,优良率为100%;Lovett法评定肌力,4～5级33指,3级2指.结论 屈肌腱术后功能锻炼开始愈早,手功能恢复优良率愈高.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To report the outcome of early motion after flexor tendon repair. Method Immediate physiotherapy, splintage and rehabilitation training were conducted afteremergency direct suture repair of 35 ruptured digitorum profundus flexor tendons in 19 cases about zone 2-5Results At 3 months after operation, TAM was used to assess the function of the involved digits with excellent in 32, good in 3. The excellent and good rate was 100 % . Muscle strength was measured by Lovett method: 4 -5 - grade in 33 digits, 3 - grade in 2 digits.
