【摘要】 目的 观察骨盆训练对偏瘫患者下肢步行能力的影响.方法 60例脑卒中患者分成骨盆训练组与一般训练组,分别于治疗前后对两组患者下肢的步行能力进行评估,比较两组治疗效果.结果 优良率93.3%,骨盆训练组患者的功能改善明显好于一般训练组.结论 盆训练能显著提高脑卒中患者下肢的步行能力.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To observe the effect of pelvic exercise for improvement of walking ability in hemiplegia. Method 60 stroke patients in our rehabilitation center were devided into 2 groups; pelvic exercise group and control group. All the patients were evaluated the walking ability to compare the effect of two groups. Results The excellent and good rate was 93. 3% . As compared with control group, the results showed there is a significant improvement in walking ability in pelvic excise group. Conclusion Pelvic exercise can significantly improve walking ability in stroke patients.更多还原
