嗜线虫杆菌代谢物对植物病原真菌的抑制作用
INHIBITING EFFECT OF TOXINS FROM SYMBIOTIC BACTERIA ASSOCIATED WITH THE ENTOMOPATHOGENIC NEMATODES ON PLANT PATHOGENIC FUNGI

【摘要】 从Steinernema carpocapsae All、S.carpocapsae BJ和S.glaseri ib3个品系斯氏线虫中分离出嗜线虫杆菌菌株,分别测定了其发酵液对14种植物病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明,来自3个品系共生菌均对玉米小斑病菌(Helminthosporium maydis)、油菜立枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和黄瓜炭疽菌(Colletotrichum orbiculare)有抑制活性;S.carpocapsae BJ品系共生细菌的抑菌谱最广,除对上述3种病原菌有抑制作用外,还对玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum)、小麦纹枯病菌(R.cerealis)、水稻恶苗病菌(Fusarium monilifome)、冬瓜枯萎病菌(F.oxysporum)、番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)5种病原真菌有一定的抑制作用。从中筛选出3株对玉米小斑、油菜立枯抑制作用较强的菌株ScAll-10、Sgib-17和ScBJ-18;利用生长速率法测定了发酵物对油菜立枯菌的抑菌活性,其中Sgib—17的抑菌活性最高,在含3.3%发酵液培养基中,抑菌率达到70%以上;发酵液增至14%时抑菌率达100%。
【Abstract】 The symbiotic bacterium strains associated with entomopathogenic nematodes were isolated from Steinerne-ma carpocapsae All, S. glaseri ib and S. carpocapsae BJ respectively. The inhibiting effects of the bacteria strains in fourteen kind of plant pathogenic fungi were determined. The results showed that all of the bacteria strains from the en-tomopalhogenic nematodes appeared antibiotic activity against Helminthosporium maydis , Rhizoctonia solani and Col-lelotrichum orbiculare ; Besides the three kind of fungi, the bacteria strains from S. carpocapsae BJ have inhibiting activity against a wide range of plant pathogenic fungi including Exserohilum turcicum , R. cerealis , Fusarium monili-fome, F. oxysporum and Botrytis cinerea.The fermented substances from the three strains ScAll-10, Sgib-17 and ScBJ-18 were tested by a method of growth rate against Rhizoctonia solani and the strain Sgib-17 with the highest antibiotic activity was obtained.
