【摘要】 测试拜虫杀和杀飞克常温存放6年后对3种卫生害虫的药效。采用强迫接触法。结果发现①拜虫杀在玻璃板面上6.25mg/m2时对家蝇药效KT50为5.9min,24h死亡率100%;致倦库蚊为6.5min,24h死亡率100%;德国小蠊为9.0min,72h死亡率100%。拜虫杀在玻璃板面上12.5 mg/m2时对家蝇药效KT50为4.8min,24h死亡率100%;致倦库蚊为5.2min,24h死亡率100%;德国小蠊为8.0min,72h死亡率100%;②杀飞克在玻璃板面上7.5 mg/m2时对家蝇药效KT50为6.2min,24h死亡率100%;致倦库蚊为6.4min,24h死亡率100%;德国小蠊为7.9min,72h死亡率100%。杀飞克在玻璃板面上15 mg/m2时对家蝇药效KT50为4.9min,24h死亡率为100%;致倦库蚊为5.6min,24h死亡率100%;德国小蠊为6.8min,72h死亡率100%。结论:拜虫杀和杀飞克存放6年后仍然具有较好的杀灭效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To test the efficacy of Responsr (sc) and solfac (wp) against three kind of medical insects after 6 years storage under natural conditions.Compel contiguity on the surface of glass.The efficacies of Responsr (sc) against Musca domestica, Culex pipiens quinquedasciatus and Blattella germanica, at the dosage of 6.25mg/m2, the KT50 was 5.9, 6.5 and 9.0min respectively with 100% 24h death rates.At the dosage of 12.5mg/m2 the KT50 was 4.8, 5.2 and 8.0min respectively with 100% 24h death rates.The efficacies of solfac (wp) againsts Musca domestica, Culex pipiens quinquecfasciatus and BlatteUa gerrnanica, at the dosage of 7.5mg/m2 the KT50 was 6.2, 6.4 and 7.9min respectively with 100% 24h death rates.At the dosage of 15mg/m2 the KT50 was 4.9, 5.6 and 6.8min respectively with 100% 24h death rates. Conclusion: Responsr (sc) and solfac (wp) keep good efficacy after 6 years storage under natural condition.更多还原
