几种植物次生代谢物质对玉米螟赤眼蜂的影响
EFFECT OF SEVERAL PLANT SECONDARY CHEMICALS ON THE TRICHOGRAMMA OSTRANIA PANG ET CHEN

【摘要】 从保护玉米螟赤眼蜂(Trichogramma ostriniae Pang et Chen)的角度出发,以敌敌畏、丙酮溶液和水作对照,测定了4种的植物次生代谢物质对玉米螟赤眼蜂的成蜂、卵、幼虫和蛹期的毒性,以及对赤眼蜂产卵能力的影响和对寄生的抑制作用,结果如下:与化学农药相比,植物次生化学物质对玉米螟赤眼蜂影响较小。在4种植物次生代谢物质中,印楝素对发育中赤眼蜂的影响较大,被处理的赤眼蜂卵、幼虫和蛹发育死亡率显著高于对照;对成蜂的影响以胜红蓟和鱼藤酮稍大,处理8~12小时后成蜂死亡率较对照显著增加,同时鱼藤酮还对成蜂产卵量有显著降低作用。而化学农药敌敌畏对玉米螟赤眼蜂的卵期至成蜂期均有很强的杀伤力,被处理的赤眼蜂各虫态死亡率均极显著高于对照和其他植物次生代谢物质,成蜂产卵量几乎为零。
【Abstract】 In this paper, effect of secondary chemical of four plants, Ageratum conyzoides L, Wede-lia chinensis (Osb.) Merr. , neem, rotenone and one insecticide, DDVP, on the egg - parastoid, Tri- chogranuna ostrania Pang et Chen, was conducted in the laboratory. The result was as follows: Among four plant secondary chemicals, neem slightly influenced on the development of T. ostrania. The mortality of T. ostrania treated on the egg, larvae and pupae with neem was higher than others. Ageratum conyzoides and rotenone had much stronger effect on the adult , the mortality of wasps after treated 8-12 hours increased significantly than control. Meanwhile, rotenone reduce the fecundity of T. ostrania slightly. The mortality of different developmental periods of T. ostrania treated with insecticide DDVP was higher significantly than other chemicals and control, which indicated insecticide had a very high toxicity on parasitoids.
