棉铃虫蛾复眼光反应的时间特征及昼夜节律

【摘要】 运用视网膜电位(Electroretinogram,ERG)技术研究了不同暗适应时间和昼夜节律下棉铃虫[Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner)]蛾对单色光刺激的光感受性变化。结果显示:①随暗适应时间的延长,棉铃虫蛾复眼的光感受性逐渐增大,其电生理上完成暗适应的时间约为10~60分钟,有些个体可达120分钟以上;②在暗适应时间60分钟内,除5日龄雄蛾在10分钟内的ERG反应值略低外,雌雄两性总的趋势为夜晚明显高于白天,表明棉铃虫蛾复眼在夜晚的光感受性更为敏感。
【Abstract】 The influence of dark - adapted time and eircardian rhythm on the light characteristic of Helicoverpa arrmgera (Hubner) moth compound eye was determined by an electrophysiological technique, electroretinogram (ERG) extracellular recording method.The main results were as follows: (1) Along with the dark - adapted time lasting, the photosensitivity responsiveness of CBW moth to monochromatic light stimuli got their peak value in about 10-60 minutes, some of them in more than 120 minutes.In other words, the young moth (.1 and 3 days old) finished their dark - adaption in 60 mins and the old (5 days old) in 120mins in day, 1 and 5 days old moth in 60 mins, and 3 days old moth in 120 mins in night. (2) In 60 mins of dark - adapting time, The EGR’ s response value of both sex CBW moth in night was higher than that in day except that 5 days old moth’ s was lower slightly within 10 mins night than day.It suggested the photosensitivity responsiveness of CBW’ s compound eye was more sensitive in night than in day.
