白血病诱导治疗的护理体会

【摘要】 目的:总结白血病诱导治疗的护理体会。方法:对 80例白血病患者采取诱导治疗时的护理进行总结。结果:合理的心理护理使80例患者主动配合治疗;及时全面的基础护理减少治疗并发症;化疗副反应的观察并及时采取有效护理措施使化疗并发症短时间内趋向正常。结论:对白血病患者化疗前做好心理护理、相关知识宣教,使患者接受化疗并积极配合治疗与护理;化疗期间密切观察全身反应;严格无菌操作,控制感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: sum up nursing experience of induction chemotherapy in leucocythemia. Methods: generalize 80 patients with leucocythemia who accept induction chemotherapy. Results: reasonable psychic nursing can make 80 patients cooperate with therapy voluntarily, general and prompt basic nursing can decrease syndrome of therapy, syndrome of therapy can go to normal in little by taking effective nursing measures in time. Conclusion: psychic nursing is vital for patients with leucocythemia when they are prepared to accept induction chemotherapy, publishing relative knowledge can make patients accept chemotherapy voluntarily and cooperate with treatment and nursing, observe strictly change of state of disease during chemotherapy, strict asepsis can reduce syndrome, control infection.更多还原
