三向瓣膜式PICC置管后并发症的原因分析及对策

【摘要】 目的:探讨三向瓣膜式PICC置管后并发症的发生原因,提出护理对策。方法:回顾性分析85例乳癌化疗病人行PICC置管后并发症的相关因素。结果:85例乳癌患者留置导管时间为104—126d,其中穿刺点渗血3例、穿刺点感染 2例、静脉炎5例、导管返血1例、送管困难3例、导管异位 2例、拔管困难1例,经对症处理,药物湿敷,半导体激光照射,并发症均得到控制。结论:护理人员置管前客观正确评估患者血管状况,熟练常规置管技术,密切观察患者病情,做好基础护理和患者健康知识宣教等综合措施,是防止并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the reasons of the complications after peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) and find out the nursing strategy. Methods: Ret- rospective study was carried out about 85 cases, the detaining time of the pipe was 104-126 days. Results: Hemorrhage, infestation, inflammation of vein, backswing of the blood flow ,defeat of inserting the pipe, pipe dystopia and difficulty of extubating were 3cases, 2cases, 5cases, 1case, 3cases, 2cases, 1case,respectively. Treated with Chinese crude drug hydropathic compress and semiconductor laser exposure , the complications were relieved. Conclusion: Appreciating the status of the vessal correctly, to be familiar with the routine technique of inserting the pipe, to observe the pathogenetic condition closely , basic nursing and to educate the patients all are comprehend measures, which are the key point of preventing the complication of PICC.更多还原
