【摘要】 目的:探讨PICC导管在恶性胸腔积液灌注医疗中的护理措施,方法:对86例留置PICC导管在恶性胸腔积液中和灌注化疗应用进行回顾性分析。结果:86例恶性胸腔积液留置PICC导管灌注化疗取得了满意效果,避了反复胸腔穿刺给病人带来的痛苦,提高了工作效率,降低病人的经济负担。结论:操作简单、病人痛苦小,易以接受,不易形成气胸。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the nursing step of PICC catheter in the perfusion treatment of the malignant hydrops of thoracic cavity. Methods: to analyze retrospectively the application of indwelling PICC catheter in malignant hydrops of thoracic cavity and perfusion chemotherapy in 86 cases. Results: 86 cases got good results by indwelled PICC catheter perfusion chemotherapy in malignant hydrops of thoracic cavity, which avoids the pain from repeatly pleural aspiration, raises working efficiency,cuts down the cost Conclusion: easy performance, little pain,easy to accept, little tendency of pneumothorax.更多还原
