【摘要】 目的:本研究采用调查量表的方式研究影响癌症患者情绪及生活质量的主要因素。方法:调查量表采用国内外通用的“癌症患者生活质量FACT—G量表”,所选病例全部为住院病人,采用方差分析和多元逻辑回归分析方法处理数据。结果:入选本研究的病例共计110例,以晚期肿瘤为主 (73．6％),统计结果显示,本组癌症患者情绪好坏主要由性别、知情状况、体能评分、疼痛程度决定,多元逻辑回归显示这些因素与患者情绪有显著相关性(P=0．022,0．006,0． 012,0．004)。本组患者对病情完全知情的比例为34．5％,其余为部分知情(28．1％)和完全不知情(37．4％)。知情状况对患者的情绪和功能状况有显著影响,尤其是对情绪的影响最强,随着知情程度的增加,对情绪的影响也相应增加。结论: 与癌症患者情绪好坏密切相关的主要因素分别是性别、知情状况、体能评分和疼痛程度。知情对患者的生活质量中的情绪和功能状况可能产生影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In this study, we used the questionnaire to study the main factors that affect the cancer patients mood. Methods: We adopte the FACT-G ,which has been applied widely in cancer patients QOL for both foreigners and Chinese people. All the patients were hospitalized and we used squair analysis and multinomial logistic regression methods to analysis the datum. Results: There were all 110 cases in this study anost of them were advanced patients(73.6%), factors that can affect the moods of cancer patients were gender,awareness,ECOG and pain. Multinomial logistic regression analysis shows that these factors have relativity with mood. (P=0.022,0.006,0.012, 0.004) .patients who knowed their desease completely composed 34.5%, partly knowed were 28.1 %,unknowed completely were 37.4%.The results showed that wheather the patients know their disease or not will affect their mood and QOL dramatically, espeacially the mood. The more patients knowing about their disease, the more serious their moods will be affected. Conclusion: Gender, awareness, ECOG and pain will determine the mood of cancer patients, whether they know their disease or not, will affect their mood and QOL.更多还原
