【摘要】 目的:探讨放松和意念想象训练对中国癌症病人情绪和生理功能的影响。方法:408位接受放化疗的癌症病人随机进入干预组和对照组。干预组的病人接受放松和意念想象训练。采用情绪和生活质量问卷,分别对两组患者进行二次测查(治疗前和治疗后)。结果:干预组患者治疗后各项情绪、功能、症状指标和总体生活质量比对照组改善明显,放疗或化疗后干预组病人的各项指标都可以回复到治疗前的状态,而情绪和总体生活质量显著好于治疗前。结论:对癌症病人进行放松内心意象法的训练,可以提高病人的生活质量, 改善情绪和减轻治疗副作用,其效果是明显的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of relaxation and imagery training on the emotional and physical functioning of Chinese cancer patients. Methods: 408 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy were randomly assigned to either the intervention or the control group. Patients in the intervention group were trained relaxation and imagery skills before medical treatment and exercised twice a day individually and once a week in group way via tape accompanying by clinical psychologist and nurses during the period of in hospitalization. Emotional and physical functioning of both groups were measured before and after medical therapy using the QLQ-C30 (Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core30) and the POMS ( Profile of Mood States) as two main indicators. Results: indicated that patients who received relaxation and imagery training reported significantly less emotional distress and higher global quality of life than did the control group. Most scores of scales in the QLQ-C30 were changed towards better, especially a few of emotional scales in the POMS after psychological intervention within the intervention group. Conclusion: These findings suggest that relaxation and imagery training are effective psychological interventions that are beneficial for Chinese cancer patients.更多还原
