【摘要】 目的:研究白术挥发油对动物移植性肿瘤的作用。方法:以动物移植性肿瘤艾氏腹水癌(ECA)等为模型,观察白术挥发油的抗肿瘤作用。结果:白术挥发油以100mg／ kg及50mg／kg剂量腹腔给药时,对ECA均有较强的抑制作用,且大剂量给药一次(150mg／kg),可延长患瘤小鼠的寿命197％。结论:白术挥发油具有抑制肿瘤的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the function of atractylodes macrocephala koidz volatile oil for transplanted tumor in animals. Methods: Use the animal model of transplanted tumor-ECA. Observe the ante-tumor function of atractylodes macrocephala koidz volatile oil. Results: Atractylodes macrocephala koidz volatile oil can suppress ECA when given at 100mg/kg and 50mg/kg doses into abdominal cavity. When given larger dose at 150mg/kg once, the life-span of mice can extended to 197%.Conclusion: Atractylodes macrocephala koidz volatile oil can effectively suppress tumor.更多还原
