【摘要】 以介入性常温药物为对照组,证实中晚期胰腺癌热灌注治疗的临床效果。选择32例失去手术机会,术后复发, 胰头癌造成梗阻性黄疸行胆管支架治疗后的中晚期胰腺癌患者分A、B两组,A组为常温灌注组16例;B组为药物加热灌注组16例,采用GE公司Innva--4100大型平板DSA血管造影设备,行选择性胃十二指肠动脉,脾动脉,肠系膜上动脉造影,然后导管超选择进入或接近肿瘤供血动脉,两组药物配伍、剂量、时间均相同。灌注药物:健泽(泽菲)1． 2—1．6g;顺铂60-80mg;表阿霉素40mg;A组为常温灌注。 B组采用药物在恒温箱水浴锅内加温46—48℃,灌注时间均为20分钟。全部病例治疗两次者25例,A组为12例;B组为 13例,其余为治疗一次。恶性肿瘤的热化疗或热灌注治疗已在理论上被证实为药物增效的方法。本项治疗研究通过A,B 两组治疗对照更证实中晚期胰腺癌的介入治疗采取热灌注的方法不失为一种较好的临床手段,疗效明显、确切,应用简便、易于推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the normal temperature involved medicine as the comparative group, confirm the clinical effect of the hotly pours treatment of the mid and late stage cancer of the pancreas. Methods: Chooses 32 cases who lose the surgery opportunity, after the operation, and had the obstruction jaundice after the caput pancreatis cancer creates good bile duct support treatment mid and late stage cancer of the pancreas patient into A and B two groups. Group A includes 16 cases for the normal temperature, pouring group B with holy medicine pours include 16 cases, use GE Corporation Innva--4100 large-scale plate DSA angiography equipment, the good selective stomach duodenum artery, the arterial lineal, on the mesentery the artery radiography, then the drive pipe ultra choice enters or the close tumor blood supply artery. Conclusion, the malignant tumor hot chemotherapy or pouring treatment theoretically proves be hotly synergizes the method for the medicine. This treatment research through A and B groups confirms the mid and late stage cancer of the pancreas involvement treatment adopting the hotly pouring method is one good clinical method, with the obvious, accurate curative effect, the simple application, easy promotion.更多还原
