【摘要】 目的:利用先进的超声介入诊治技术,在B超引导下肝脏海绵状血管瘤内直接注射平阳霉素,开创一种微创、有效、安全的治疗肝脏海绵状血管瘤方法本文报告了经B超、 CT、MR确诊的124例、132个7cm直径以上,肝脏巨大型血海绵状管瘤的治疗方法和疗效观察(最大瘤体22X19cm, 最小7．0 X 5．9cm)。结果:经3年以上随访,59例肿瘤完全消失,58例缩90％,7例缩小60—80％,平均总有效率达 95%以上。结论:平阳霉素治疗海绵状血管瘤疗效显著,安全性好,可作为本病治疗首选。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce a new, minimally invasive ,effective ,safe method in the treatment of liver cavernous hemangioma,which is intratumoral injection of Pingyangmycin(PYM) guided by ultrasonog-raphy .Methods: 124 patients with 132 cavernous he-mangiomas of the liver were definitely diagnosed by ultrasonography ,CT or MR.Sizes of the hemangiomas were measured 22×17cm for the largest and 7.0×5.9cm for the smallest.Pingyangmycin was delivered directly into the target tumor under the guidance of ultrasonography. Results:Follow-up of the patients at 10 months to 3 years after treatment disclosed that in 59 of the 124 patients the liver hemangioma disappeared and in 58 patients the lesion ize shrinked over 90% and in another 7 patients the lesion reduced in size by 60-80%.Average effective rate is more than 95%. Conclusion:Intralesional delivery of PYM under the guidance by ultrasonography is safe ,effective and preferred to treat hepatic cavernous hemangioma.更多还原
