【摘要】 目的:评价放射性核素32p在血管瘤治疗中的价值。方法:选取自2004年4月至2005年6月在我科诊治的血管瘤患者83例,病变个数共95个。其中单纯性血管瘤患者46例, 病变部位57个,海绵状血管瘤患者10例,病变部位10个,混合性血管瘤患者27例,病变部位28个。用32p溶液根据患者病损形状制备敷贴器,对单纯性血管瘤患者行敷贴治疗,每个疗程病变吸收剂量约为7-10Gy,重复治疗时需间隔1．5个月以上;对海绵状血管瘤则按7-10uCi／cm2或11-16uCi／cm3 计算32P胶体投药量,并加入地塞米松适量进行腔内注射,重复治疗间隔需2—3个月,混合性血管瘤则联合应用上述两种方法进行治疗。每例患者治疗次数为1-4次,83例患者共行敷贴治疗134次,介入治疗48次,共计182次。结果:57个单纯性血管瘤中,痊愈63．2％(36／57),好转33．3％(19／57), 无效3．5％(2／57);10例海绵状血管瘤患者中痊愈40％(4／10), 好转60%(6／10);28个混合性血管瘤中,痊愈57．1％(16／28), 好转28．6％(8／28),无效14．3％(4／28)。83例患者治疗后出现色素脱失7例,色素沉着6例,混合性血管瘤治疗后留疤2例, 脱发后又长出2例。总有效率为93．7％(89／95),其中痊愈率为58．9％(546／95),好转率为34．7％(33／95),无效6．3％ (6／95)。结论:32P对血管瘤治疗有较好疗效,在临床工作中应注意严格掌握32p投药量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical value of treatment hemangioma with radioisotope 32P. Methods: 95 lesions were found in 83 patients with hemangioma, 46 patients with strawberry hemangioma had 57 lesions, 10 patients with cavernous he- mangioina had 10 lesions, and 27 patients with mixed hemangioma had 28 lesions. External use of radioisotopes 32P solution were applied to treat 57 lesions of strawberry hemangioma, the absorption dose of lesion were 7-10Gy per course of treatment, repeat therapy were performed after 1.5 months. The patients with cavernous hemangioma were undertaken an intratumoral injection of 32P-colloid with dexamethasone, the dose of 32P-colloid were calculated on 7-10uCi/cm2 or 11-16uCi/cm3. The second cure were performed after 2-3 months. Two therapeutic methods were undertaken on the 27 patients with mixed hemangioma. Results: 36 lesions were recovery of 57 strawberry hemangioma, 19 lesions were relieved and 2 lesions were ineffective. 4 lesions were recovery of 10 cavernous hemangioma, and 6 lesions were relieved. 16 lesions were recovery of 28 lesions of mixed hemangioma, 8 lesions were relieved and 4 lesions were ineffective. 7 cases of depigmentation were found in the 83 patients, 6 cases of hyperpigmentation were found 2 cases were found cicatrix after intratumoral injection. The total effective rate were 93.7% (89/95), among the total the recovery rate were 58. 9%(54/95), the relieve rate were34.7%(33/95), the ineffective rate were 6.3%(6/95). Conclusion: Treatment hemangioma with radioisotope 32P were a highly value methods, the dose of 32P should be strictly calculated.更多还原
