【摘要】 目的:探讨阿糖胞苷、阿克拉霉素联用粒细胞集落刺激因子(CAG)方案治疗老年、难治和复发急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床疗效。方法:采用临床试验的方法观察CAG 方案(Ara-c:10mg／m2／次q12h;ACR:5-7mg／m2．d;G— CSF200vg／m2．d)治疗老年、难治和复发急性髓系白血病12 例的疗效和不良反应及影响其疗效的因素。结果:CAG方案治疗AML临床总有效率66．7％,其中完全缓解(CR)5例 (41．7％),部分缓解(PR)3例(25．0％),未缓解(NR)4例 (33．3％),患者不良反应轻微,除部分病例轻度骨髓抑制外, 无其他严重药物不良反应。结论:CAG方案是老年、难治和复发急性髓系白血病的安全和有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curative effect of CAG regiment treatment for aged, relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia(AML). Methods To observe the curative effect, side-effect and influential factors of curative effect in CAG treatment for 12 cases of aged, relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia by clinical trial. Results: The total clinical effective rate is 66.7%. of the total, 5 cases achieved CR (41.7% ), 3 cases PR(25.0%) while the remain 4 did not respond. there is no serious side-effect except for several cases of slight marrow inhibition. Conclusion: The method of CAG treatment for aged, relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia is a safe, effective and good choice of treatment更多还原
