【摘要】 目的:了解软组织肉瘤各病种发病情况及相对频率, 并调查软组织肉瘤发病趋势。方法:对天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院1993年1月至2006年6月所有收治的原发软组织肉瘤 1074例发病情况进行回顾性分析,从而得到各病种发病情况和相对频率,并推测其发病趋势。结果:依据病理分型发病率最高者为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、滑膜肉瘤、脂肪肉瘤、横纹肌肉瘤等,分别占所收治例数的35．4％,16．9％,16．4％和12． 8％。软组织肉瘤可见于各个年龄阶段。可发生于全身任何部位,以下肢和臀部位最多见,但各亚型均有各自的特点。软组织肉瘤发病率近年有逐渐上升的趋势。结论:软组织肉瘤发病率较低。恶性纤维组织细胞瘤在软组织肉瘤中发病率最高。近年软组织肉瘤的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the incidence of soft tissue sarcomas and their relative frequencies in general population, and to estimate the incidence trend of these diseases. Methods: The information of the incidence of soft tissue sarcomas, obtained during Jan 1993 to Dec 2006 from databank of the Cancer Institute and Hospital of Tianjin Medical University (Tianjin Cancer Institute and Hospital) was reviewed retrospectively. All 1074 cases were assessed to find out the population incidence and their relative frequencies, and the estimation of yearly trend was also resulted. Results: The most frequent soft tissue sarcomas are MFH (malignant fibrous histiocytoma), synovial sarcoma, liposarcoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma, etc. which accounted for 35.4%, 16.9%, 16.4%, and 12.8% of the total cases, respectively. Soft tissue sarcomas can occur in a variety part of the body and in every period of age with special characteristics of each subtype. The yearly comparison indicates a trend of increasing incidence. Conclusion: Soft tissue sarcoma is a fairly rare tumor in general population. MFH is the most common malignancy of mesenchymal tissue origin. Recently the incidence rate of soft tissue sarcomas is increasing slowly but steadily.更多还原
