【摘要】 目的:探讨手区软组织肉瘤的临床特点和治疗及预后。方法:14例患者中,行肿瘤边缘切除者3例,广泛切除者6例,截肢6例(其中1例为先行边缘切除术后复发截肢), 术后化疗者9例。结果:平均随访时间46．2个月,有5例患者术后死亡,术后生存率为64％。5例患者局部复发和／或远处转移,术后复发率21％,转移率:36％。结论:手区软组织肉瘤应早期诊断和治疗。达到广泛切除者可行保肢治疗,而大部分患者仍需截肢手术。化疗是否有效还有待进一步的研究及观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics, treatment results and prognosis of soft tissue sarcomas in hand. Methods: 14 cases with soft tissue sarcomas in hand from Jan 1990 to Dec 2005 were retrospectively studied, the treatment included marginal resection in 3, wide resection in 6, amputation in 6 (1 of the 6 had tumor recurrence after marginal resection) and postoperative chemotherapy in 9. Results: During an average of 46.2 months follow-up, 5 succumbed to their diseases with overall survival rate of 64% (9/14). Local recurrence or distant metastases were found in 5 patients, with postoperative recurrence rate and metastases rate of 21% and 36% respectively. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and early treatment are essential for patients with soft tissue sarcomas in hand. Amputation should be taken into consideration when negative margin is inaccessible. Further investigation should be performed to elucidate the benefits of chemotherapy in treatment of soft tissue sarcomas in hand.更多还原
