【摘要】 目的:探讨肌骨系统恶性肿瘤的保肢治疗。方法: 对我科1999．3-2006．3 68例恶性骨肿瘤包括骨肉瘤、尤文氏肉瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、滑膜肉瘤、横纹肌肉瘤、脂肪肉瘤等行保肢治疗,(包括新辅助化疗、间室外切除术、瘤段骨煮沸灭活再植术、体外循环热药灌注术,带血管蒂组织瓣转位术。)并进行分析、总结。结果:有36例行较完整的新辅助化疗,其中28例6年无复发及转移,11例间室切除术患者9例,6年无复发及转移。结论:肌骨系统恶性肿瘤应按分期、生物学特性、对化疗的敏感性等采取综合治疗,化疗是核心,首次手术是关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the treatment of extrimites salvage surgery for limbs malignant tumors. Methods: 68 Patients with limbs malignant tumors,which are treated from march,1999 to march 2006,were studied and analysed. Results: 36 cases were treated full new adjuvant chemotherapy.28 cases did not recur and shift in six years. 11cases were treated unit surgery ,9 cases don’ t recur and shift in 6 years.one case of Ewing’ s sarcoma had abvious effect after new adjuvant chemotheraphy. But the patient’ parents didn’ t follow the later curing ways. The patient died of shift of tumor. Conclusion: Limbs malignant tumors should be treated combining ways according to the stages,classification,characteristic of biology ,sensitivity to the chemotherapy .chemotherapy is the centre, first operation is key .the treatment of extrimites salvage surgery for limbs malignant tumors is the first choice.更多还原
