【摘要】 目的:探讨CTGF在大肠癌的发生、浸润和转移中的作用及其临床意义。方法:采用SP免疫组织化学染色技术对119例大肠癌细胞中CTGF蛋白表达进行检测。结果:正常的大肠上皮细胞表达高水平的CTGF。CTGF表达水平与大肠癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤位置和大小无关(p>0．05), 而与大肠癌的分化程度、浸润肠壁深度、淋巴结转移、肝转移及肿瘤分期有关(p<0．05)。CTGF高表达的大肠癌患者与CTGF低表达的患者相比,5年的复发率和生存率,均有显著性差异(p<0．01)。结论:CTGF在大肠癌的发生、浸润和转移中起作用,有可能成为大肠癌的分子标志物和独立的预后指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of CTGF in coiorectal cancer and clinical significance. Methods: Immunohis-tochemical staining of specimens from 119 patients with coiorectal cancer was performed. Results: The expression of CTGF in coiorectal cancer was related to tumor differentiation, invasion depth, lymph node and liver metastasisin and stage of patients ( p < 0.05 ). There is no relationship between the expression of CTGF and age, sex, tumor site ( p > 0.05 ). Patients with high CTGF expression had a significantly higher overall survival rate and lower recurrence rate (p < 0.01 ). Conclusion: CTGF plays an important role in the process of coiorectal cancer and it appears to be a useful prognosis factor for patients.更多还原
