【摘要】 目的:总结全胃切除治疗胃癌的经验。方法:对2004 年6月至2006年4月经病理证实行全胃切除术28例进行回顾性分析。结果:全胃癌5例,胃体癌8例,胃底贲门癌5例, 胃窦癌侵及胃体8例,重复癌1例,残胃癌1例,根治性切除 21例,姑息性切除7例,同时部分横结肠系膜切除3例,部分横结肠及其系膜切除5例,无手术死亡。结论:随着胃癌生物学特性及其转移途径的深入研究,主张对胃癌扩大根治范围,其全胃切除仍不失为胃癌治疗的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the experience of the treatment of 108 patients with total Gastrectomy. Methods: 28 patients with histologically proved gastric cancer were treated by total gastrectomy ang were analyzed retrospectively.Results of 28 patients,total gastric cancer 7 cases, gastric middle cancer 6 cases,carcinoma in cardia and fundus of stomach 5 cases,gastric antrum cancer with gastric middle metastases 8 cases and reappearance carcinoma 1 cases,residual gastric cancer 1 case.Radi-cal resection was performed for 21 patients and palliative resection for 7 cases,in the meantime,total gastrectomy plus resection of partial transvers mesocolon in 3 patients.No patients died. Conclusion: With development of study about biological behavior and spread routes of gastric carcinoma,authors advocate to extend radical extent for the disease.Total gastrectomy is one of methods treating gastric cancer.更多还原
