【摘要】 目的:探讨CEA在胃癌组织中的表达情况与胃癌的临床病理特征的关系及其预后价值。方法:应用免疫组织化学S—P法检测100例胃癌手术标本中CEA的表达情况,同时对这100例胃癌患者的临床病例资料进行统计,将全部数据应用SPSS13．0软件进行统计,研究CEA的表达与各种临床病理特征的关系,及CEA对判断胃癌患者预后的价值。结果: 胃癌组织中CEA阳性率为57％,胃癌组织中的CEA阳性表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、pTNM分期无关(p>0．05), 与胃癌的病理分化程度有关(p=0．014), CEA阳性表达阳性患者的2、3、5年生存率分别为49．1％、36．8％、25．9％, CEA阴性表达阳性患者的2、3、5年生存率分别为69．8％、 62．5％、46．8％,两者之间差异有显著性(p=0．016)。结论: CEA基因表达的检测有助于胃癌的病理诊断,其结果可作为判断患者预后的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the Expression and diagnostic value of CEA in gastric cancer tissue. Methods: SP immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the expression of CEA in tissue specimens from 100 cases with gastric cancer and all the cases were statistically analyzed using Kalan-Meier method with SPSS 13.0 software. Result the positive rate of CEA is 57% in tissue specimens from 100 cases with gastric cancer. There is no relation between CEA expression and depth of tumor invasion, lymphatic invasion, pTNM. But the CEA is strongly related to the pathological type. (p=0.014) the survival rate is 49.1%, 36.8%, 25.9% and 69.8%, 62.5%, 46.8% in CEA positive and negative cases respectively.(p=0.016) Conclusion: CEA expression is one of the prognosis factor for gastric cancer patients, it is also helpful to pathologic diagnosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
