【摘要】 目的:分析食管癌高发区--河北磁县1988～2002 年贲门癌发病趋势。方法:贲门癌发病资料取自磁县肿瘤登记处,登记报告是通过磁县三级防癌网进行的。各自然村的乡村卫生室(为一级防癌网)负责医生每月把该村死亡人口和发病病例填卡片报告到乡卫生院,乡卫生院(为二级防癌网)主管肿瘤的医生综合各村的卡片后每月一次报到县肿瘤防治所,县防治所(为三级防癌网)每月把各乡报来的卡片审核、剔重、编码、录入微机,每年到下面抽查一次基层登记质量并进行年终总结评比。人口资料由磁县统计局和公安局提供,按磁县1990年、2000年人口普查资料,采用人口移算法和构成比计算法计算各年度各年龄组人口构成。采用SPSS 11．5软件进行统计分析。结果:磁县1988～2002年共发生贲门癌1540例,年平均发病率17．25／10万,15年间每年平均增长率为10．66％。其中男性发生1109例,年平均发病率24．50／ 10万,年平均增长率为12．20％;女性发生431例,年平均发病率9．80／10万,年平均增长率为7．64％。均有十分显著的统计学差异。15年间贲门癌占胃癌百分比波动上升,男性从1988 年的18．25％上升到2002年的52．05％,女性从17．57%上升到51．61％,远远高于平均水平的10％。将15年分为3个时间段,男性发病年龄分别为61．27±8．84、61．50±9．95 和61．33±9．18,女性为63．70±9．95、63．27±11．00 和63．27±10．67,未见明显改变。男女性别比分别为2．14、 2．36和2．95,逐渐增加。1988～2002年山区、丘陵、平原分别发生贲门癌270例、439例和831例,年平均发病率分别为 20．9／10万、14．78／10万和17．68／10万,15年间山区、丘陵、平原地区发病均明显上升。结论:近15年磁县贲门癌发病急剧上升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To describe the incidence of gastric cardia cancer in Cixian, a county of Hebei province from 1988 to 2002. Methods: The data comes from Cixian Cancer Registry. After checked manually, the data was computerized, coded and analyzed using the software -SPSS 11.5. Results: From 1988 to 2002, there were 1540 new gastric cardia cancer cases in Cixian, male 11,09, female 431 respectively. The incidence rate for males was 24.49 per 100,000, while for females was 9.8 per 100,000. A statistically significant increasing trend in the incident rates during 1988 to 2002 was showed with an yearly increase of 12.2% in male and 7.64 in female. Conclusion: The trend of the incidence rate of gastric cardia cancer had increased significantly from 1988 to 2002.更多还原
