【摘要】 目的:探讨视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)误诊原因,提高诊断率。方法:回顾分析12例被误诊RB的临床表现、B 超及CT特点。结果:12例中误诊时间最短的20天,最长的 1．5年。误诊原因:①RB继发改变遮盖了原发病,未能认识, ②忽略了进行必要的检查。结论:临床医师应提高RB的认识,对可疑病例应常规行B超检查,必要时行CT检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the reason of misdiagnostic of RB and improce the diagnosis rate. Methods : 12 case misdiagnosed were analysed with thire clinic practive, the features of B-ultrasnongraphy and CT. Results: Among the 12 subjects, the shortest time of misdiagnosis is 20 days and the longest time is 1.5 years. The cause of misdjiagosis: The susccessive clinic practise is so obvious that the original practice is ignored. Some necessery examination havn’t been done. Conclusion: The recognitice of RB should be improve. B-ultrasonography is necessary for those who are suspective of RB. If need be.CT isn’ t avoidable.更多还原
