【摘要】 目的:研究增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、nm23在喉癌组织中的表达意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测78 例喉癌组织中的PENA、nm23蛋白的表达,并分析PCNA、 nm23表达与下咽癌、喉癌临床病理特征、转移、复发和预后的关系。结果:PCNA的阳性表达率为94．87％(74／78), nm23的阳性表达率为76．92％(60／78);PCNA的表达与下咽癌、喉癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤分化及复发无显著相关性,与肿瘤的原发部位的T分期、淋巴转移有显著相关性(P <0．05);同时发现nm23的表达与肿瘤的大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和复发显著相关(P<0．05)。结论: PCNA、nm23是预测肿瘤浸润范围及转移的良好指标;而 nm23对于判断肿瘤的生物特性,评估临床预后有一定的指导作用和临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to evaluate the significance of the expression of PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) and nm23 in hypopharyngeal and laryngeal squa-mous cell carcinoma. Methods: The clinical and histo-pathological features of seventy-eight patients who accepted operations for hypopharyngeal and laryngeal squa-mous cell carcinoma from 1999 to 2002 were reviewed. The immunohisto- chemistry method was utilized to stain these faculties. Results: The expression of PCNA had no correlate with differentiation , age , sex, recurrence and laryngeal site of involvement. However significantly correlated with T stage of hypopharyngeal and laryngeal squa-mous cell carcinoma , also correlated with prognosis of hypophar- yngeal and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05).Meanwhile, The expression of nm23 had significantly correlated with differentiation, N stage, T stage, and recurrence of hypopharyngeal and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion: PCNA,nm23 play important roles in the progression of hypopharyngeal and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and are possible prognostic discriminators in hypopharyngeal and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
