【摘要】 目的:评估手术中保留耳大神经后支的价值。方法: 44例腮腺肿物患者随机分成两组,实验组手术中保护留耳大神经后支,对照组常规切除。术后对其局部感觉损伤损伤情况进行一年追踪评估。结果:实验组中局部感觉损伤在半年内均得到恢复,而对照组中局部感觉一年后均未完全恢复, 仅为损伤范围缩小。结论:腮腺手术常规保留耳大神经后支对患者感觉功能的恢复有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study these procedures pro-spectively and to evaluate the sensory recovery of the great auricalar nerve. Methods: Twenty two patients undergoing parotid surgery with preservation of the great auricular nerve (group A) have been studied and compared with 22 patients whose operations involved saccrificing the nerve (groupB). Results: Twelve mouths postoperatively, no are of anaesthesia was found in group A, whilst all patients in group B had sensory loss. Conclusion: From this study, it seens reasonble to spare the great auricular nerve during parotiod surgery for parotid disease, be cause the procedure taks very little tim, but guarantees a major ingrovement of postoperative sensitivity of region in nervated by the great auricalar nerve.更多还原
