【摘要】 目的:探讨带蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复头颈部肿瘤切除术后组织缺损的方法及减少并发症发生的措施。方法:对 1994．1—2004．12采用胸大肌皮瓣一期修复70例头颈部肿瘤术后大面积缺损的临床资料进行分析。结果:全组皮瓣全部成活,部分坏死率7．14％(5／70),总并发症发生率14． 29％(10／70),结论:带蒂胸大肌肌皮瓣是修复头颈部肿瘤术后大面积缺损的首选材料,成功率高,建议推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the means of reconstruction of defects after head and neck operation with pec-toralis major myocutanceous flap and the ways of reduce complications. Methods: 70 cases of head and neck tumour from 1994.1 to 200.12 was analysed. Results: All of these flap was survived, the rate sectional necrosis was 7. 14% (5/70), 14.29% (10/70) occurred complication. Conclusion: Pectoralis major myocutanceous flap was chiefly suitable for the defects after head and neck operation, the successful rate is perfect, it is suggest to recommend this medification of preperation.更多还原
