【摘要】 目的:通过检测鼻咽癌患者外周血P—gp(P— glycoprotein,P-糖蛋白)、LRP(lung resistance related protein)的表达,探讨其在鼻咽癌新辅助化疗中的临床预测价值。方法:采用流式细胞术对68例鼻咽癌患者化疗前后外周血单个核细胞中P—gp、LRP进行检测,同期选择鼻咽部非恶性肿瘤患者20例,正常健康人15例为对照组。结果: P—gp在正常人、非恶性肿瘤及鼻咽癌初治组中的表达分别为66．70％、70％,76．78％,统计学无明显差异(P>0．05),但在复发组的表达为100％,明显高于其它组,统计分析有显著意义(P<0．05)。LRP在初治及复发组中的表达为28％、36％明显高于对照组16％,且化疗前后有显著性差异(P<0．05)。 P—gp、LRP的表达与年龄、性别、临床分期、病理类型、淋巴结转移无明显差异(P>0．05)。P—gp、LRP的表达与化疗疗效密切相关。结论:P—gp、LRP的表达在鼻咽癌多药耐药的产生中具有重要意义,并对临床制定化疗方案具有潜在的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the expression of P-gp and LRP in peripheral mono muclear blood cell and the effect and significance of multidrug resistance in na-sopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Methods: The expression of P-gp and LRP in peripheral blood cell has been detected by means of flow cytometry before and after chemotherapy from 68 patients including 56 newly diagnosed and 12 relapse.20 nasopharyngeal patients with no carcinoma and 15 normal person as subjects. Results: The P-gp level didn’ t signifigantly differ among normal person ,nasopharyngeal patients with begnin tumor and newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma ,but the P-gp level was significantly higher in relapsed patients than other three groups.LRP level was significantly higher in newly diagnosed and relapse nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients than subjects.The p-gp and LRP level after chemotherapy were significantly higher than level before chemotherapy.The expression of P-gp and LRP could predict the treatment outcome in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Conclution: The expression of LRP and P-gp may be important factors in MDR(multidrug resistance) of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their determination could help us design chemotherapy project更多还原
