【摘要】 目的:分析郑州市医生吸烟状况及其主要影响因素, 为控烟提供决策依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对 2865名医生进行问卷调查。结果:医生总吸烟率为29．81％, 其中男医生吸烟率为男性吸烟率明显高于女性吸烟率,分别为46．42％和1．69％。医生的现在吸烟率为25．03％,男女吸烟率分别为39．03％、1．32％。结论:医生吸烟居较高水平,医生的年龄、性别、学历、职称、工作年限及所在医院级别是影响医生吸烟的主要因素。烟草控制是全社会的共同参与, 但卫生部门应起表率作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know smoking behavior of doctors and related factors for make the decision-making process of tobacco control more scientific. Methods: The doctors were selected by random multilevel cluster sampling method and investigated by uniform questionnaire. Results: Total smoking rate was 29.81%, smoking rate of male doctors higher than that of female, was 46.42% and 1.69% respectively. Current smoking rate was 25.03%. Smoking rate of the male and female doctors was 39.03% and 1.32% respectively. Conclusion: Smoking rate of Zhengzhou doctors was relatively higher. Age, gender, education background, professional titles, working life and hospital administration level were main factors which affected the doctors smoking behavior. Tobacco control need all the section participate in, however the health section.更多还原
