【摘要】 目的:用Wistar大鼠作为实验对象,构建放射性食管炎动物模型。方法:分别用不同剂量的60Co射线局部照射Wistar大鼠,照射后第七天处死大鼠,食管组织作石蜡包埋、切片、HE染色、组织化学染色-Van Gieson染色,与空白组对照,进行病理学分析。观察43Gy60Co照射组放射性射线照射后每日饮食量、饮水量,与正常对照组比较,并做统计学分析。结果:经不同剂量60Co射线对食管局部照射后,从22Gy开始,Wistar大鼠出现放射性食管炎, 随着照射剂量的增加发病率呈增加趋势。当照射剂量达 43Gy时,照射组大鼠全部出现放射性食管炎病理改变。放射性食管炎动物模型构建成功时,实验动物饮食量和饮水量达到最低点。结论:对Wistar大鼠用43Gy60Co射线局部照射,第七天即可成功建立放射性食管炎动物模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Establish the rat animal model of radiation esophagitis. Methods: Radiate 60Co ray toward Wistar rats by different radiative dose, then kill them and do the histopathological tests on the seventh day after they are radiated. Analyzing the results in the ways of he- matoxylin & eosin stain and histochemical staining-Van Gieson staining from the perspective of pathology. Observe the weight of the feedstuff and the volume of the water every rat has and do the statistic analysis. Results: It appears radiation esophagitis from the radiative dose of 22 Gy after local radiation towards Wistar rats by different dose of 60Co ray. With the increasing of the radiative dose, the tendency of the morbidity is increasing correspondingly. When the local radiative dose reach the level of 43 Gy, all the members of this group show the histopathological change of radiation esophagitis. On the day when the animal model of esophagitis is established successfully the laboratory rats have little foodstuff and water. Conclusion: Radiating Wistar rats locally by the 60Co ray of 43 Gy, all the members of this group meet the standard for radiation esophagitis. The pathology results judge the success on the establishment of the radiation esophagitis animal model.更多还原
