【摘要】 目的:探讨阴囊Paget病的临床特点及诊治方法。方法:对5例阴囊Paget病患者的临床、病理及治疗随访进行回顾性研究。结果:5例患者均经病理检查证实并行手术治疗,5例中获得随访3例,随访时间1-5年,1例术后两年复发,再次手术;1例死于肺转移,余健在。结论:本病的诊断主要依靠病理学检查,阴囊局部扩大切除术是首选治疗方法,预后取决于病灶是否侵犯真皮及淋巴结有无转移。强调早期活检以明确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinicopathologic features and the treatment of Paget’ s disease of scrotnm. Methods: 5 cases of scrotal Paget’ s disease Were stud- ied retrospectively from 1992 to 2001. Results: 5 cases of Paget’ s disease of scrotum were treated surgically and the diagnosis was confirmed pathologically. 3 cases among the 5 cases were followed-up, 1 case died of other disease. Conclusion: Early biopsy and wide excision of the scrotal lesion is the first choice of treatment for Paget’ s disease更多还原
